Terms of use.
These terms apply when you create an account or use Morphē Run. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully, safely and in accordance with these terms.
Running safely
Morphē Run provides activity recording and private competition features, not medical advice, emergency monitoring or guaranteed location tracking. Pay attention to your surroundings, follow local rules and do not rely on the app where failure or delay could create a risk of harm. GPS, mobile data, Bluetooth, wearable and treadmill readings may be delayed or inaccurate.
Accounts and fair competition
You are responsible for your account and for information submitted through it. Do not manipulate location, timing, distance, identity or race evidence; interfere with another runner; misuse invitations; or attempt to access another person’s data. We may reject or correct unverifiable results and restrict accounts used abusively.
Membership subscriptions
- Your first completed race is free. Continued competitive racing requires an active membership when subscription enforcement is enabled.
- Monthly and annual memberships are sold through Apple App Store or Google Play. The store displays the price and currency before purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the relevant store account before the renewal date.
- You can restore purchases and open subscription management from Account & Membership in the app.
- Billing, cancellation, refund and renewal processing are handled by the store under its applicable terms and consumer protections.
Service changes
We may improve, replace or withdraw features and integrations. Garmin, Fitbit, music, health, Bluetooth and similar services also depend on third-party availability and permissions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, but we will take reasonable care in operating it.
Your content and privacy
You retain your rights in your activity and profile content. You permit Morphē Design to process it as needed to operate the service, verify results and provide features you request. Our privacy policy explains how information is handled and how to delete your account.
